摘要：压入式接端是一种适用于压入式连接的具有特殊形状截面的接端。根据压入接端设计的不同，压入式连接分为实心压入式连接和柔性压入式连接两种工艺。本文主要通过对核电站使用柔性压入式连接工艺的PCBA产品进行型式试验并分析了实验数据，在此基础上，探讨柔性压入连接的工艺可靠性，并形成一套柔性压入连接工艺的评价方法。

Abstract: The press-in termination is suitable for solderless pressin connection, which has a special-shaped section. According to the different design of the press-in termination, the press-in connection can be categorized as solid press-in connection and flexible press-in connection. In this paper, through the type test on PCBA products using flexible press-in connection technology in nuclear power plants, and analyzing the experimental data, the process reliability of the compliant press-in connection is discussed and a set of evaluation methods for the compliant press-in connection technology is formed.
