作者:关岳(中车青岛四方机车车辆股份有限公司,山东 青岛 266111) 王戬(中国科学院沈阳自动化研究所,辽宁 沈阳 110016;中国科学院机器人与智能制造创新研究院,辽宁 沈阳 110169) 摘要:针对单体架构下试验台数据采集、分析、诊断、发布面临的不易维护、难扩展、稳定性差的问题,设计实现了基于微服务架构的试验台数采分析展示架构。根据微服务的思想,将各个试验台的各项功能拆分成微服务部署于容器中,通过微服务治理手段对微服务进行管理,介绍了核心微服务的实现方法,提高了系统的稳定性和运行效率。 关键词:微服务;试验台;数据采集;故障诊断 Abstract: In view of the problems of data acquisition, analysis, diagnosis and release of the test-bed under the single architecture, which is difficult to maintain, difficult to expand and poor stability, a testbed data acquisition analysis and display architecture based on the micro service architecture is designed and implemented. According to the idea of microservice, the functions of each test-bed are divided into microservices and deployed in the containers. Microservices are managed by microservice governance means. The implementation method of core microservices is introduced, which improves the stability and operation efficiency of the system.
