摘要：天津国华盘山发电有限责任公司输煤系统采用的是PLC控制系统，于1999年改造，已经运行超过18年，I/O模块以及网络通讯等故障多发，为保证系统安全运行，将该输煤控制系统更换为DCS系统控制。本次输煤控制系统改造为“在线”升级改造方式。本文通过该项目系统设计及调试过程中遇到的问题处理进行介绍，为后续类似改造项目提供借鉴。

Abstract: The coal handling system of Tianjin Guohua Panshan Power Co., Ltd adopts PLC control system, which was reformed in 1999 and has been in operation for more than 18 years. There are many I/O modules and network communication failures. In order to ensure the safe operation of the system, the coal handling system is replaced with DCS system control. It was transformed into an "online" upgrade mode. This paper introduces the problems encountered in the system design and debugging process of the project, and provides reference for the similar projects.
