摘要：建设全自动化码头，是港口业发展的新趋势。洋山港四期是全球最大的智能化码头，它将成为全自动化码头的“集大成者”，而振华重工智慧集团与贝加莱的合作为这个项目的成功提供了保障。本文介绍了该项目的背景、规划和工艺目标，基于贝加莱先进控制技术和设备构建了码头自动化系统，从而实现了对桥吊、AGV卡车等码头主要设备的自动化和智能化控制。洋山港四期码头的建成和投产，标志着中国港口行业在运营模式和技术应用上实现了跨越式升级与重大变革。

Abstract: Building a fully automated terminal is a new trend in the development of the port industry. Yangshan Port Phase IV is the world's largest intelligent terminal, and it will become the model of fully automated terminals. The cooperation between Zhenhua Heavy Industry Intelligence Group and B&R has guaranteed the success of this project. This describes the background, planning,and process objectives of the project. B&R's advanced control technology and equipment builds a terminal automation system.This system enables automation and intelligent control of the main equipment of the bridge crane, AGV truck and other terminals.The completion and commissioning of the Yangshan Port Phase IV terminal marked a leap-forward upgrade in the operation mode and technology application of the Chinese port industry.
