详细介绍工作职责

Assigned to projects involving the power stage design
A lead technical design authority
Technical review of documents produced by others
Developing design criteria, co-ordination, interfacing
Analyze test data and improve on design

职位要求

A master or above degree in electronic/electrical engineering or equivalent and at least 5 years of power electronics design experience
Strong developmental skill on high power (> 22KW) 3-phase motor drive
Design experience with drive using IGBTs is required.
Experience in design of products to comply with EMI/EMC and safety standards
Experience in using simulation tools e.g,Simetrix, etc.
Experience on sizing and selection of power electronic components, including IGBT and capacitor, and IGBT gate drive and detection circuit design
Experience on power converter thermal analysis and layout for internal components, including PCB, bus bar and power connector…
Understanding of motor control algorithm and strong oral and written English skill is desired。
