详细介绍工作职责

• Initially to consolidate the trade compliance process for ECT in PRC.
• Subsequently to provide administrative support to achieve and maintain Trade
Compliance Self Certification for all Control Techniques sites in Asia Pacific using the annual
Emerson self certification process.
• Collaborate with the Emerson International Trade Compliance Group (ITCG) to provide
required information and reports in a timely manner.
• Provide a channel for effective communication on compliance related matters within the
organisation and the wider Emerson network.
• Maintain databases, reports and other tools for speedy access to essential information in a
controlled manner.
• Develop and maintain the Control Techniques Asia Pacific SharePoint® site with relevant
material.
• Collaborate with other functions to promote increasingly effective Trade Compliance
initiatives.
• To carry out compliance audits.
• To provide additional support when other members of the Group compliance team are
unavailable.
• Any other reasonable duties as may be directed.

职位要求

Bachelor degree or above.
• Proven administration ability.
• Ability to work effectively without supervision.
• IT competent (particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint®)
• A diplomatic approach to getting things done, with good communication and negotiation
skills at all levels.
• Import and export experience is desirable.
• Previous audit experience would be preferable.
• The ability to speak Chinese and a good level of English is essential and further Asian
languages would be an advantage.
• Ability to present training material effectively.
