详细介绍 | Description:
- Focus on PLC sales and develop distributors and SI to reach AOP target
- Manage channel - Pursuit key project and build relationship with key account - Develop and establish relationship with appropriate distributor and strategic partners in China to meet China small system business growth plan. - Collect new project info by every avenue and push distributor follow potential project. - Visit end user accompany with distributor. - Estimate project info from SI. - Proposal. - Prepare and hand over necessary document to sales coordinator to place order. - Assist in the development of the annual business plan for distributors - Understanding end user satisfaction. Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree - At least 5 years of working experience in sales / marketing position in industry automation market (PLC) - Intermediate level of expertise in Market Research & Analysis (Market & Competitor Research), Territory Planning & Management, Marketing Fundamentals (Price, Product, Place, Promotion) and Project/Implementation Management. - Basic level of expertise in Industry Knowledge, & Process Business Drivers (Understanding of needs of customers), Sales Fundamentals, Project Sales Strategizing, Customer Relationship Management and Marketing Communication Skills (Marketing survey, Events, Promotion). - Strong skills in Sales Fundamentals (listening, analysing, problem solving, lead qualifying, negotiating, persevering, closing) - Good command of English |
