详细介绍 | Key Responsibility: 1. Provide technical troubleshooting support for Rockwell automation products (PLC/HMI/Drive etc) to Rockwell customers, field support engineers, distributors, and systems integrators through call services. 2. Investigate and verify product problems. Document the problem via the SAP Service Ticket system; and work with other appropriate Rockwell technical departments to resolve the problem. 3. Contribute to knowledge data base by documenting problems, work-arounds, solutions and common "how to's". 4. Maintain personal knowledge of Rockwell products and technologies by attending internal and external training classes and reading relevant technical documentation. Minimum Qualification: 1. Bachelor degree in automation, electrical engineering or related discipline. 2. A minimum of two years of related automation product or project work experience. 3. Strong communication capability. 4. Good English speaking capabilities. 5. CET6(Toeic 400 plus)is preferred. |
