Job Description:
1)Writing reports, correspondence, writing reports from notes or dictation in a foreign language including translation
2)Compilation of statistics and documentation, preparation of graphs and diagrams to specifications
3)Monitor and arrange appointments by arrangement sift and distribute incoming mail
4)The Int. Meetings / visits are coordinated in collaboration with other departments and external service and efficient, cost-effectively planned.
5)Care / hospitality for visiting.
6)Accept, producing and forwarding telephone calls and gathering information
7)Input rectification plan for budget planning, monitoring PLAN-cost development of a cost center.
8)Organization of national and international business trips according to the current travel guideline .
Professional Qualification:
1)Possession of knowledge and / or skills that are acquired by a completed education with minimum three years professional experience
2)Knowledge in international office communication ( preferable Lotus Notes )
3)Knowlegde with the PC and the associated application software (eg MS-Office products SAP, OSM)
4)Command of written and spoken English language
5)Experiences and skills with commercial business
6)Experiences with international department organization
