Description:
 
-          To take initiative on a local COE team build up
-          Technology support for skid project pursuit 
-          Technology proposal and quotation for tender
-          Responsible for contact with customer for project execution, such as Kick of Meeting, FAT..
-          Be fully responsible for the management on engineering delivery as well as on skid project management
-          Fabrication partner and 3rd part vendor management
-          To closely work with sales team to supply a satisfying engineering which meet customer’s request
 
Requisitions:
 
-            Bachelor Degree or above, PMP certification is highly preferred
-            More than 5 years experience in professional project management and delivery of technology
-            Be familiar with Oil & Gas upstream and pipeline metering process, having 7+ years experience in the industry of Oil & Gas
-            Leadership experience in a professional engineering environment.
-            Strong technical knowledge in both liquid and gas metering skids with hands on experience
-            Strong commercial acumen and demonstrated business sense to understand business, technology and external market. Being able to make considered and effective business decisions and take clear action to address issues.
-            Strong communication and leadership skills
-            Self-motivated, consistently takes the initiative to get things done
-            Integrative thinker
-            Have a good command on English
