详细介绍   要求： Job Description

ü Lead Z4 solution development by project management methodology. Manage stakeholders associated with Z4 opportunities.
ü Coach solution development specialist during proposal or solution development
ü Influence FBL team and sales team in the process of filtering project opportunities, to achieve win rate target
ü Make MPS sales quotation/ proposal and ensure delivering sale proposal for MPS business on time.
ü Follow MPS processes to implement proposal development activities which include but is not limited to bid assessment, risk estimation, proposal generation, proposal approval, order entry, Frontlog report and internal transfer
ü New Application knowledge transferred to FBL, MPS/ CSM Team
ü Exchange best practices with other team members & provide linkage with counterpart in Corp HQ.
ü Contribute to the development of marketing collaterals such as brochures, white papers and application notes in specific industries

Requirement
ü High level of expertise and knowledge inw Integrated Architecture, Standard Drive, Networks, Industry Knowledge, Application Knowledge, and MPS solution
ü Intermediate level of expertise inw Motion Control, Intelligent Motor Control, Safety Product, MES / Information Systems, Component Industry Control, and a basic understanding of Medium Voltage Product and Drive System.
ü Intermediate level of expertise in Projectw Management, Lean Six Sigma Skill, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), Training Skills, and basic understanding of Customer Solution Centric Selling Skills and Customer Relationship Management.
ü Experienced in the use ofw office automation equipment and the Microsoft Office suite of software tools, acumen in the use of business systems.
ü Proven organizational skills.
ü Tact, excellent interpersonal skills, and self-motivation are essential characteristics.
ü Extensive analysis and problem solving skills.
ü Goodw English writing and speaking skills.
ü Bachelor degree or above in technical field or equivalent knowledge.
ü Typically ten or more years of related experience in a project-oriented environment.
PMP Certificated is preferred
