  北京，中国，2007年7月6日，全球领先的电力和自动化技术集团ABB宣布，其位于天津滨海新区的涡轮增压系统维修服务站已正式启用。该服务站立足天津，幅射华北，为整个环渤海湾经济圈的涡轮增压器用户提供及时，高效的服务。

  来自中国远洋运输（集团）总公司、中国海洋石油总公司、北京铁路局、山海关船厂等单位的60多位客户参加了当天的开业仪式。天津滨海新区经济技术开发区的相关领导到会对维修站成立表示祝贺，并参加维修站启用揭牌仪式。

  “作为全球服务网络的一部分，天津维修服务站和我们在香港、上海、广州的服务站一样，拥有优秀的服务工程师和最新的维修技术和设备，可以为国内外用户提供一流的服务。”ABB涡轮增压系统中国区负责人，重庆ABB江津涡轮增压系统有限公司总经理白桦先生说。“今年我们还将在大连开设新的服务站，并将升级广州维修站的设施和设备，以便对用户的需求作出更快的响应。”

  ABB 是为大功率柴油机提供涡轮增压方案的全球领导者，80多年来在增压器研究和生产领域一直处于领先地位。ABB涡轮增压系统被世界领先的输出功率为500千瓦以上的柴油机和燃气轮机制造商选用，目前共有超过175000台各种型号的增压器在世界各地运行。

  为保证用户无论在何时何地都能享受到全球统一标准的服务，ABB涡轮增压系统在45个国家建有85间服务站，为用户提供24小时全天候服务。每个服务站都使用特殊的工具和设备为用户提供高标准的维修服务，每位服务工程师都具备相应资格并定期参加总部的技术培训。

  ABB涡轮增压系统自1974年起在中国香港开展业务，此后不久将先进的产品和服务引入大陆。 同时，ABB 涡轮增压系统于1978年授予原中国船舶工业总公司所属的江津增压器厂专利生产许可证，后者经过近30年的发展已成为国内重要的增压器供应商。2006年初，ABB与江津增压器厂强强联合，共同出资组建合资公司——重庆ABB江津涡轮增压系统有限公司。公司由ABB控股和管理，并作为ABB涡轮增压业务系统的一员完全融入其全球服务网络。目前，多数中国知名的造船、航运、铁路机车、发电企业都选用ABB涡轮增压器，以增强其产品在各自领域内的竞争优势。

  根据计划，公司位于重庆江津的生产厂将在2008年迁入新址。届时，更多最新的ABB增压器产品将引入中国进行本地化生产，更好地满足中国旺盛的市场需求

  New service station opened in Tianjin

  Beijing, China, July 6, 2007 – ABB, the leading power and automation technology group, announced today the opening of its new turbocharging service station located in Tianjin Binhai New Area. The service station is based in Tianjin-TEDA while open to North China, providing turbocharger users around the Central Bohai Bay Economic Circle with prompt and effective service.

  More than 60 customers from China Ocean Shipping (Group) Company (COSCO), China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC), Beijing Railway Bureau, Shanhaiguan Shipyard etc. joined the opening ceremony, and the government officials of Tianjin Binhai New Area Economy and Technology Development Zone delivered congratulations and joined the unveiling ceremony of the new service station.

  “As a part of the global ABB service network, the Tianjin service station, like our Hong Kong, Shanghai and Guangzhou service stations, has outstanding service engineer team and state-of-the-art maintenance equipment. Birch, head of ABB China Turbocharging business and General Manager of ABB Jiangjin Turbo Systems Co., Ltd, “We will open another service station in Dalian this year and upgrade our Guangzhou facility, to respond even better to customers’ requirements.”

In 1978, ABB granted a license to Jiangjin Turbocharger Plant, a company under the China Industrial Shipbuilding Corporation. Within almost 30 years of cooperation, the Jiangjin Turbocharger Plant developed into the leading Chinese supplier for large turbochargers. At the beginning of 2006, ABB and Jiangjin Turbocharger Plant merged their turbocharging activities in China and started the joint venture company ABB Jiangjin Turbo Systems Co., Ltd, .which is now integrate in ABB's global network.
